“For the purposes of this Law, ‘computer software’ shall be deemed to include any sequence of instructions or prompts intended for use, direct or indirectly, in a computer system to carry out a function or task or to obtain a specific result, whatever its form of expression and in whatever medium it is contained.”

Art. 96 - Spanish Intellectual Property Law
